The brand name "Demi" holds a special place in Michelle's heart as it is her granddaughter's name, and the little one adores nail polish. As for Michelle, "Blue" stands out as her favorite color, symbolizing depth, trust, loyalty, sincerity, wisdom, confidence, stability, faith, and intelligence.


Inspired by her desire to provide women and children with a safer alternative, she aims to offer nail polishes free from toxic and harmful chemicals, which are often associated with cancers and developmental defects.


Michelle's mom had cancer and she noticed her mom had some sensitivity in her nails that was triggered by the chemicals on nail polish. With her experience in the health care industry, she knew these chemicals are not good for your body.


Eager to solve this problem and help her mom, she created DEMIblue, a vegan nail polish brand, so the future generation including her daughters and grand daughters won't ever have to experience the side effects of chemical induced products on their skin.

Julia's professional background in Psychology and HR might not scream skincare or entrepreneurship, but she always felt destined for something beyond the typical 9-5 grind. Yearning to carve her own path, she delved into the world of skincare.


Her debut creation? The Himalayan Pink Salt Facial Spray – a game-changer she dreamed up because nothing quite like it existed on the market. Packed with natural goodness like Himalayan pink salt, watermelon juice, and Manuka, this non-active formula tackles redness, blemishes, and parched skin with ease. It worked wonders for her, and she knew it could do the same for others.


Julia's vision for No Bad Days? To be the real deal – a no-nonsense brand that delivers top-notch, New Zealand-made skincare products. Her goal is simple: to help people feel confident in their skin and uplift their spirits, one spritz at a time.





During the pandemic, Dericka embarked on her journey with F&B, fueled by a desire to be more intentional about the products she used on herself and her infant son's skin. She began crafting her own body butter, oils, and scrubs to ensure they contained 100% natural ingredients. Sharing her creations with family and friends, Dericka aimed to inspire them to switch to healthier skincare options, and the feedback she received was nothing short of phenomenal.


In 2021, a serendipitous discovery reignited Dericka's passion. Stumbling upon an old assignment from 4th grade, she was reminded of her childhood aspiration to "pour and spread love on everyone and everything." It was in that moment of reflection that she realized it was time to share her products with the world. Since childhood, Dericka had harbored the belief that her purpose was to spread love to others, and creating her skincare line provided her with the perfect avenue to do so.
